Okay, well I have a broken 360 with a BenQ drive and a working one with a LiteOn drive, I can't flash the LiteOn drive because I don't want to buy that probe stuff, so would it be possible to flash the BenQ drive and put it in the working 360?

No.
You still need to read the lite-on. You need your unique drive key from the working console. Without reading the key from the dvd drive. You will not be able to swap drives.
