Q: Isn't there a new firmware out so I don't have to use that disc?
A: Yes, but only for BenQ and Samsung so far. Look here.

So just so I know whats going on, it looks like a bad ripped was upped last night. They are currently working on getting a good rip? Is that correct? Or is the good rip already up.

Yes, the copy that was upped didn't contain all of the necessary files. We can only hope/assume a good copy is being upped, but we'll never know until the links are available and someone gets a working game running.

But even then, as we saw with Forza 3, it may not be a retail as it is. I know the limited edition consoles/copies of the game have been popping up, but you still never know
