What You Will Need:
-The Borderlands Save Editor(Credits To Killergp123 From gamecheats.xploder.net)
-Xsata or Xport
-Rehasher and Resigner (I used CONcept)

Step One: Extract Your Savegame For Borderlands From Your Hard Drive.

Step Two: Open Up Borderlands Save Editor and open your save.

Step Three: Change Whatever You Want For Your Character.

Step Four: Press Save, Rehash And Resign, And Inject Back Into Your Profile.

Step Five: Start up Borderlands and enjoy your mods! :)

Backpack Capacity Mod:

What You Will Need:
-Hex Editor (I Used HxD)
-Xsata or Xport
-Rehasher and Resigner (I Used CONcept)

Step One: Extract Your Savegame For Borderlands From Your Hard Drive.

Step Two: Open HxD, And Open Your Save Game.

Step Three: Convert Your Current Maximum Backpack Capacity To Hexadecimal. (Eg. 12 in Dec = C in Hex)

Step Four: Search Your Hexadecimal Value With 3 0's In Front Of It. (Eg. 000C) (Make Sure Your Search All, And In Hex not Text)

Step Five: Put Your Insertion Point In Front Of The 4 Values, And Type FFFF.

Step Six: Press Save, Rehash And Resign, And Inject Back Into Your Profile.

Step Seven: Start Up Borderlands And (If Done Correctly) You Will Have A Near Unlimited Backpack Capacity. :thumbup:

Mod Strength In Guns:

Spoiler

Open your save in HxD.



Find the block for the weapon you want to awesomeify.



Measure 9 bytes forwards from the end of the weapon block.



Change the 9th byte to a number between 00 and 05.
05 is the best
00 is the worst


Rehash and resign. :thumbup:

That is the Proper way to Mod your save game with using the tool and the proper way to hex your back pack.. Only if the guy who made the tool would add the artifact mods instead of me having to do it manually it is very tedious lol

This works great. Only one glitch to it. If you go above the level 50 with your char. your car will say out of ammo. Also the when you deploy the turrent with a soldier it does not shoot. But with the other 3 char. you don't need car ammo as it is worth not having any as you become God.

Don't have the game yet but it looks like it would be similar to modding kuf. Thankfully a tool is out so most of the hex crap is covered. I should have the game in a little while.

Im a noob when it comes to Hex editting, but I have 48 storage and when I convert it I get 30 so should I be searching 0030 or 00030? Because when I change 0030 nothing happens to my inventory.

yours should be 0030 search that and change that to FFFF.

Level 50 is the level cap.

I'm pretty sure you mean 42, not 48, 42 is 2A in hex so search for 00 2A.
