Right This was posted by me to help a friends so yeah dont flame.
You Will Need:
Modio:Download Modio.zip from Sendspace.com - send big files the easy way ~ that is Cracked Modio

Memory Card
2 Controllers
Tranfsfer Cable
And A Brain.....
1.Go On Halo 3 Xbox Live with your account that you want to Mod which needs to be on your memry card.
2.Go in Forge lobby logged in.
3.take your memory card out, dont worry when it says you need to re-insert it.
4.take you memory card to your computer and plug it into your transfer cable.
5.Extract your profile to your desktop:
- Click "Drive> Open> Harddrive or Memcard"
- Navigate to "Partition 3> Content> [Your Gamertag ID]> FFFE07D1
6.when it is on your desktop place it in modio by dragging it or by clicking resigner > open File.
7.click on the File Contents button.
8. at the top it should say "Account", right click it and choose extract.
9.now open GT Edit, and click the "use Default path?" button, then click default file, and select the account, NOT E00000000000
10.then in the left top corner type whatever you want, it cant be more than 15 charecters.
(to use the buttons simply click the arrow next to the "add to" button and go over the red until you find the button, then click it and the hit the add to button, BUT they only show up on Cod games)
11.when you have done click Mod, it will say, decyription succesful and then encrytion succesful.
12.then go back to modio, on file contents right click the account this time choose overwrite, then click the modded account.
13.now go back to the main page of your profile and hit the "resign and rehash" button.
14.overwrite you old profile on xport or xplorer.
15.take your memory card back to your 360 and put it back in, then select it.
16.your GT wont be modded yet, so turn on a second controller hit A on it and go down to Guest.
17.your GT should be modded now so sign out the guest and turn off the conroller.
Your Done!

it only stays modded until you log out, and when you do your need to recover you account so DONT do this if you dont know your email and password
