360 DVD Drive not reading disks Rate Topic: -----

Hi, i have taken apart my 360 to flash my dvd drive but haven't gotten round to it cause my ck3 broke and so i connected my dvd drive back to my 360 and it doesn't read games, it just says reading then goes to open tray. Does anyone have any ideas? I'm really worried :/

Just saw the thread below mine and the pot tweak fixed it I am over the moon now xD
