I was wonderin if anyone could tell me how to edit the horde size in hex editor and im not talking bout the team i mean the locust is there a way to put it down to like ten locust per round ive looked and looked but cant find anythin related to that so if anyone could help me out..

Well being as I'm the founder of editing team sizes and anything related to do with the Horde gametype , ill share with you the strings .
Simply do a random search and type in the text string :
Scroll down till you start finding the names of the Locust Characters .
From there , there are dependencies as in Minwave and Maxwave meaning you can change how many and who comes out .

ok I found this.
(EnemyType=AIType_BoomerFlame,MinWave=3,MaxWave=6,WaveCost=12,MaxCount=1)
minwave and max wave= the number of spawns. what is wavecost and max count.
cause I know more then one flamer comes out of pawn or is max count the number of flamers that spawn each spawn group.
