Well I have collected 29 of 30 Audio Logs and the last one I need is on Data Hive when I hit replay mission a message pops up stating that I will lose all Visr Comm Data if I continue. Should I just replay the game until Data Hive or is there another way of not losing my progress?

go to the mombasa streets mission and go find the data hive beacon, you can replay it that way i'm pretty sure.

Well I don't see the Beacon just every other location, I herd that replaying Data Hive from the menu worked but I don't want to gamble it.

Do what zkemppel said, that's how you do it. You just go to Mombasa Streets and get a mongoose, you can find them very quickly then just save and quit go to reply mission and select Data Hive.

Replaying works, I just had Data problems before so I was worried.

dont know if youre still wondering if you can do it, but if you get all the audio logs in solo then you can go to data hive from main menu and get it ( i did it that way) but if you do it thru co op with a friend then you have to go to data hive through mombassa streets or however you spell it, if you dont you loose all your logs.

Yeah, that's how I ended up doing the achievement.

How do you get to data hive from momabasa? I cannot find it.

To unlock Data Hive you need to get to it, by completing missions in the campaign.
If you already beat the game the game you should be able under the replay menu select it and replay it once again for the Audio Log.

On Data Hive to get the 30th Audio Log make sure not to hit the AI Partner you meet up with, meaning no gunfire or grenade damage towards him from yourself. Once you jumps down with you into the room with the flamethrower he'll open up a door where it's located and you'll most likely kill him then.

lol thanks man i wish i would have read this a few hours ago. me and ma buds were playin co-op and tried to do it from the menu and i almost punched a hole in my tv when we got to the point where he dies instead of jumpin down.

Please help!
I've counted that I have 29 audiologs when I start "Data Hive" from the Replay Mission section. But the guy still doesn't come down to sublevel 9. Now someone earlier said that you can't damage him at all before he comes to sublevel 9 with you. I tried that aswell but it didn't work.
Does this mean I have to search all audiologs again? I remember the last time I found an audiolog it said "28 out of 30" but I have 29. I've counted them from the COMM section in the VISR menu.

eh, well make sure you have exactly 29 before attempting to get the one on Data Hive.
I believe someone stated before in another topic you have to first have 29 before you get the 30th so count again. So yeah, Count again and attempt to play through Data Hive on Easy hopefully it should work, if you still have problems message me.

I did count. Like 10 times. Believe me I have 29 audiologs and the guy still keeps duying.
I even tried replaying the WHOLE campaign. Lucky I had another reason to do that: "Good Samaritan" achievement. But the guy still dies. And Bungie wasn't smart enough to have an option to clean up the VISR COMM data.

Ok I just went to count them again, I'm currently in Data Hive. And supricingly I have 28, maybe restarting the campaign had something to do with it. Oh well, just a bug.

I had 28 for a long time I just ran throughout the city until I found the last one then hit up Data Hive. My friend had the same issue, just keep messing around.

Aha, found the last one. It was well hidden but I got my achievement now. :cool:
