I had my profile on my hard drive and my memory unit because I recovered it onto one and had it on the other before that, when I deleted the one I didnt need anymore, I accidentally deleted profile and items. Is there a way to get it back as i really dont feel like restarting crackdown or arkham asylum or forza, and i also lost my rock band 2 character that was rich and my halo videos and screenshots and custom maps

360 HDD isn't like a computer HDD, and you couldn't use a program to recover the info. Once it's gone it's gone. Look into gamesaves if you want to restore your progress.

Yep, unless you backed all your files up on your computer they're gone. Your best bet now would be to get some 100% done game saves for the games that you completed.

data recovery from fat(x)(32) isnt that hard its just there is no tool for fatx
