i downloaded the toy box for halo 3 and this is what it says after its all setup and i am copying exactly from what it says, please help, thanks

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.

that is what it says, i really want to mod, please help.

You need .NET Framework. The latest is 3.5 SP1.

Yeah i had the same problem trying to use Modio, thats what you need.
