I searched this section before posting and I didn't find any helpful information. Is there anyway to DL a ripped Arcade Game at all? I have my transfer cables along with Xplorer360. I have a 120GB HDD. If this has already been answered or there is an answer, link me or provide me with information. Thanks. :)

No this has been tried before, unless the game is free it doesn't work because it will only work on the same console.

The closest thing you can do is transfer licenses with a friend who downloaded an Arcade game you want.

However if that happens your friend will only be able to play his arcade games if he's online and on the Xbox he bought it from and he wont be able to play them on any other accounts.

Yea I wouldn't go through that much work just for a couple arcade games. Not worth my time. Besides, there aren't that many good games out there except for the classics. So yea, I'll just work up some points when I get paid.

I actually want to see if there is a way. I'm actually pretty determined to do this. I bet there is some way to do this, but it just hasn't been figured out yet. I'm going to take one of my Arcade games and see what lies within. :D

Well here's another update this might be possible, this guy has designed program which will convert a LIVE file to a CON, (a LIVE file cannot be resigned, a LIVE file is basicaly DLC and arcade games) and a CON is something which can be resigned now if you were able to convert to a CON file you could theoretically be able to resign it to your device and console ID's so this might be possible after all. One problem is the program will never be released to public, hopefully maybe he'll sell licenses.

I'll find a way to get my hands on this. :) Hopefully. If that doesn't work, then I'll try to make my own. I'll do what I can. Once I do, it's only getting posted here and nowhere else. :)

So agreed. Lol. It'd save you a lot in the long run. That way, everyone can just post up the arcade games and get all the arcade games within a couple weeks. Well....at least the good ones. Lol.

Like any other LIVE to CON converter, it can only convert gamerpics and themes, because the 360 won't allow any other Market Place content to run in CON.

The only way to do this would require you to run unsigned xex's or get a dev kit.

Arcade games will not run out of CON containers. Only LIVE or PIRS, which only Microsoft has the keys to sign with.

Actually, if we could crack them, we should be able to put them wherever the games go onto your xbox. Than we could play them.

Take the iPod / iPhone for example. They have the installous appliciation which will let them download the application from a third party service and it goes straight into the iPod's file's. Of course, it isn't as simple as that. You need to crack the application in order to put it onto that device.

This has saved people so much money.

But yeah.. If we could get somone to buy the games or maps or whatever... They may be kind enough to pull them out of their xbox for us. Even if they do not crack them, we could probably find a way to crack them.

I aint going to because I hardly like putting anything illegal on the internet. But I would if I had to. I have N+, Small arms, Zuma, A kingdom for kelfling's, Assault hero's, and a few other's that I cannot think of at the moment XD...

You know, there could be a use to a LIVE to CON converter with Rock Band 2. Since the game supports exported files from Rock Band 1 and they are in CON containers, Rock Band 2 looks at a file inside the container to tell it whether a song is DLC or not. I have proven this by taking a exported song and telling it that it was a DLC song, and not an Exported song, and it showed up as DLC (with the little arrow icon beside it). But it won't load because the CON files lack some animation files and such that a LIVE DLC file has.

So, if a LIVE to CON program existed, you could get free DLC for Rock Band 2. I've been looking for one, but the only one I've found is that one with the stolen code in it and I can't find a download for it. Oh well.
