I heard this through grapevine but just wanted to let anyone know probably just a rumor.



This summer Microsoft plans on resetting anyone who has cheated in any way to get gamerscore this includes Gamesaving/Profile glitching and Hexing. This will be the biggest reset by far and will condemn almost all cheaters

i didnt tamper w/ gs, only with halo 3 maps... and where did ya hear this, i would like to find out too

This is bull**** anyway, Microsoft reset when they like they have no set dates... look the top 2 who got reset the other day i was talking to him about it he said he only got a reset not a console ban.

I tampered with mine using gamesaves a long, long time ago. I didn't gain anything from it though, other than a broken hard drive lol. Hope they won't reset mine:P I wouldn't really care that much if they did anyway.

I doubt you'll get reset. I'm pretty sure they're just banning those who have hexed a massive amount of GS. You should be fine.

I just broke 36,000 gamer score. Hope I dont get reset.

I've only gamesaved once I finished a game and got all the achieves I could. Gamesaved for the ones I could after that. Any not achieved, I just left that way

They have reset ban waves each month right? I actually wish I would get reset, my GS screams gamesaved, Hexed, and Glitched, I need to make it look more legit next time, plus I don't know if he wants publicly named, but a friend did 15k in 4 days, after that it was 1000-2000 each day, then a random 7k hop, yea I'm positive I've been caught.

no they only reset once or twice a year. the only reason they reset a few randomly is they are big offenders that need dealing with right away.

Exactly what i was about to say, if it's too blatent like them lot then yeah, look a BigBoss he's been there for ages and he's fine...
There's no evidence that they'll reset that many tags anyway.

As long as I don't get banned, I'm cool with my 25k reset, all of which is unlegit except for like 3k.
