i dont know if it is in halo 3 files because your armor settings are saved on your actual GT, if you recover your acct to another xbox, it has your emblem and armor.
i dont think you can modify your armor because i think it checks and fixes it, and i could be wrong, but it wouldnt be resigned by a CON resigner, itd have to be one of the other two, but im not sure...

you have to be lucky enough to modify the user profile without it getting corupted. Its actually really easy to do unfortunatly. As for unlocking the ALL armor, it is in theory possable for offline/lan purposes but the second you sign onto live the bungie profile check would probably just remove it. All that really needs to be found are the skull/campaign/special armor flags in the profile to force them to be unlocked..... but even then i wouldnt recomend it too much because i dont think that profile modding is the best idea.

You dont "Hack" achievements. You simply resign save games of completed games with your profile ID's. Then inject them onto your 360 and load the game, heck someof them you dont even have to load the game.
Check noobtube for somebody with the highest gs points. Last time I checked, his name was something like Suffor. Or Sufoor. One of the two.
You can get the Gamerscore from games that arent even meant to be released and even real unknown games like Japanese ones. People even have got the Gamerscore points from the UK version of a game and then a German version as they are different copys. There are multiple games that are like this and this is one of the many reasons why releasing a CON resigner wasnt a great idea. A site was already made which had and still has a mass database of gamesaves and they resign it for you too. Check out www.360gamesaves.com
The chances of you getting an acc are slim but if you know somebody who has, you might just get in ^_^
But Gamerscore boosting is frowned upon by many people inc myself. I wouldnt suggest it.

Thats all I wanted it for, LAN parties. Offline Recon = awesome. Online Recon = hundreds of begging nubs. I know it has been done before and I'm sure someone has at least part of the profile mapped out, but no one wants to share. >.<
Also, if I can find the Halo 3 profile, I can probably find the R6V2 one also...which I also want. Private First Class w/ all ACES at 20 would be the best. It would beat the crap out of how I do it now.

If you were to edit your profile to unlock Recon or Bungie armor, when you signed on it would still be hidden and locked because they are flagged as Hidden and Locked in the mainmenu.map. The only way to have Recon and Bungie selectable would to ahve it enabled in your online profile by Bungie, or by editing the mainmenu.map not to have then Hidden and Locked.

So its not even possible offline through profile editing (not to have it unlocked, but to be in-use)? I could have sworn it had been done before.
