so i was making my account and i guess the email i used said i was like 13 so i needed a parent account.

so i asked this girl for an unused email and password to make the account.

she gave it to me and its never been a problem until now.

everytime i try to login, im 100% sure its the right password and name because i went on yahoo and logged in with it, but it gives me an error message and says there is a problem with my credentials and it wont let me log in.

it says to go to passport.net but it says that website does not exist.

now im completely stuck and have no idea what to do.

PLEASE HELP ME OUT!

thats what im confused about, i signed up with a yahoo account and it let me make it but i cant sign in here because this needs @yahoo and i signed my xbl live account parent account up with a @yahoo.

i had the problem just like you, my moms account was deleted randomly and it scewed up my account permanetly, M$ didnt do anything to help accept "Make a new account and start over" im like no thats not fair, in the longrun, they never helped and this is a irreversible thing.

My account still works and everything but I cant change any of my Xbox Live parental settings anymore

ughh, that sucks.

do you think it will change once the normal windows live account reaches 18?

possibly im not sure, i have 4 more years to wait and see if any affects take place.
