Use xport360 which can be found at Codejunkies - Cheat Codes for PS2, X-box & Gamecube under help or support there is software called xport360. Using that with a xsata or xport will allow you to see the actual names of the file by reading the internal XEX unlike xplorer360. Once you find halo3 under the folder 000000000000 (content) you will notice the maps right off the bat when halo3 folder is open.
