Put a Scorpion tank on the back of the elephant tank, then rotate it so that the hooks on the elephant tank prevent the scorpion tank from escaping. Then pick up the Scorpion tank and it will pick up the elephant tank. Try putting the two elephant tanks on top of each other. The bottom elephant tank will then have reversed gravity.

Edit:

-My bad guys. This is for Halo 3.
-And the reversed gravity only worked once.
-However, if you manage to flip the Elephant tank over, you get this message, "Hold RB to flip...wait, what? How did you do that?" It's a nice easter egg.

i think he's trying to say is to:
Put a Scorpion Tank in the Elephant(Like in that huge ares where all the vehicles go
The Use Forge to PICK UP the scorpion tank which will lift the elephant.
Then using the tank move it so the elephant will go ontop of another elephant.
