ya you just have to get a DVD ripper or something that will convert it to a MPEG 4 then just put it on your zune software then just sync it...btw when i sync videos it takes FOREVER just because it has to convert it again for some reason i donno why yet but i would try and look for a program that converts DVDs to Zune...

not exactly you have to convert the DVDs to a compatible format for the Zune

i found out why it converts your files, this came from their troubleshooting guide which can now be found here
http://www.se7ensins.com/forums/zune-support/66990-zune-troubleshooting.html
but this is what they say
  • Why does Zune convert my videos?
To ensure an enjoyable playback experience on Zune, the Zune software converts all video using a profile that strikes a balance between quality, file size, and CPU usage.

If you try downloading videos from youtube to the zune or anywhere the no Legal Right or something prevents you form downloading to your zune.
Trust me i've tried it with realplayer and it only works on the psp.T.T(If you do that for the psp Use Psp Video 9.It works as a good converter for zune as well.)
