none of the DL links are dead, you have to look for the DL button its hidden by some ads after you click continue to whatever.com...

i downloaded a theme...but no clue how to get it onto my psp

Ive seen a number of these some places else. So I know he didnt make all of them. Also you need to have a psp with custom firmware for these to work.
