If you download the maps in the map pack and those sections, will i still get banned for having modded maps?

I'm a little confused about that.

When you sign into Xbox Live with modded maps on your Xbox, then you get banned.

Yeah, ok, wasn't sure quite sure on that. I know if you sign on and have modded maps on there you get banned, but wasn't sure on those maps.

Oh well, looks like my buddy in another state will just have ot live with not getting to see this stuff hehehe
