Last month, Microsoft revealed their plans to bring their next entry into the Forza series to Windows 10 owners. Arriving sometime this Spring, Forza Motorsport 6: Apex, which is currently being developed by Turn 10 Studios, aims to showcase the full potential of the ForzaTech™ engine when combined with DirectX12. The game will be completely free to play, and Windows 10 owners will be able to secure their copy directly from the Windows Store. The developers aim to make this game an exciting visual and overall gaming experience for racing and Forza fans. With resolutions up to 4K, you'll be able to see every little detail in what could soon be one of the best racing titles this year.

Gamers had suspected that with the release of a new Forza title coming to PC, Microsoft and Turn 10 may begin releasing future titles on Windows 10 as well. This has recently been confirmed to be true. Turn 10 Studios’ Creative Director, Dan Greenawalt, spoke on the new doors the Unified Windows Platform has opened up for them. Not only will they be able to deliver Forza Motorsport 6: Apex, in stunning 4K at 60FPS, but they will also be releasing all future Forza titles for Windows 10 users to play along with Xbox One players.
