Today, the upcoming game Minecraft: Story Mode, has had some more information about it revealed, including a leak of some gameplay footage. Minecraft: Story Mode was confirmed to be releasing on disc format in North America on October 27th via Amazon. The physical copy was also confirmed to come with the first of five episodes of the game. Additionally, players will also be able to download the four remaining chapters for free when they are released.

That's not all for Minecraft: Story Mode news. Today some off-screen gameplay footage from PAX 2015 was leaked online which can be viewed below:

As promised, the game follows Telltale's style of a point and click, player choice based adventure fans know and love. The game environment follows the classic Minecraft look so fans of the series will feel as if they are actually playing Minecraft itself.

Minecraft: Story Mode Season Disc will be available for purchase on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. The game is also coming out, in digital-only form, for the Wii U, PC, iOS and Android platforms.
